Each myPRIDE365 item is produced or curated with intention.

Most items are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Our return policy

We do not accept general returns. Each myPRIDE365 item is produced or curated with intention, and many products are made specifically for your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll review the issue and take care of it.

Our exchange policy

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Exchanges are limited to the same item and subject to availability.

We do not offer exchanges for size preference, color preference, or change of mind.

Final sale items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Print-on-demand apparel and accessories

  • Gift boxes and bundled sets once opened

  • Paper goods (including cards, calendars, and journals)

  • Digital products and gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

Damaged or incorrect items

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, at our discretion. In most cases, a replacement will be issued.

Refunds & processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

For returns that require an item to be sent back, refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Return shipping

If a return is approved due to an error on our end, we’ll cover return shipping.

For all other approved returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds for returned items will be issued after the item is received and inspected.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
