Misrepresentation Notice
Under Title 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
Counter-Notification (Restoration of Material)
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification requesting restoration of the material.
Your counter-notification must include:

Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location (or any judicial district in which the service provider may be found if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party

Disclosure of Information
In submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification, you acknowledge that we may share the information you provide with the party involved in the claim, as required by law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
myPRIDE365 takes copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy for addressing repeat infringers. Users who are found to repeatedly violate copyright protections may have their access or accounts terminated.
