Event Formats & Planning FAQ
A closer look at our live experiences, planning approach, and what to expect.
How Our Events Work
We design drag-led or queer-centered experiences that can be fully produced, customized, or integrated into existing events. Our work spans intimate gatherings, venue series, and large-scale productions.
Fully produced or partially supported events
Formats are scalable and adaptable
Planning and production services can be booked together or separately
Show Formats
Each format offers a distinct type of experience, pacing, and audience interaction.
SERVED! — Fully Produced Drag Brunch Experience
SERVED! is a turnkey drag production designed to transform venues into full-scale queer entertainment spaces.
SERVED! delivers a cohesive, themed show experience — blending performance, music, lighting, and atmosphere into a polished, intentional event.
Audience Experience
SERVED! is designed to feel elevated, immersive, and celebratory — not improvised.
From curated performances to music pacing and visual styling, every element supports both entertainment and guest flow.
While the show remains performer-led, the audience is consistently engaged through energy, interaction, and themed moments throughout the event.
Event Experience
SERVED! functions like a traveling drag venue — bringing the feel of a gay bar, theatre, or party environment into banquet rooms, restaurants, or event spaces.
Each production is built around a central theme, with music, lighting, staging, and performance choices aligned to create a cohesive atmosphere rather than a loose lineup.
Ideal Use Cases
SERVED! works especially well for:
Banquet rooms and hotel ballrooms
Restaurants and breweries
Event halls and multipurpose venues
Booking Notes
SERVED! can be booked as a fully turnkey production or integrated into a broader planning engagement.
Production scale, theme, performer count, and technical setup are customized based on venue, audience size, and event goals.
SLAYED! — Drag Murder Mystery Experience
SLAYED! is narrative-driven, scripted, and highly theatrical — designed to feel closer to live theatre or a drag musical than a traditional drag showcase with an interactive murder mystery storyline.
The first act opens like a classic drag show. After a shocking “murder,” the event shifts into a story-forward format where performance, dialogue, and musical numbers advance the plot toward its climax.
Audience Participation
SLAYED! invites guests to actively engage in the story by observing clues, following character arcs, and guessing whodunit as the plot unfolds.
Audience members submit their theories before the final reveal, with prizes awarded to correct guesses.
Ideal Use Cases
SLAYED! works especially well for:
Venues seeking a story-based or immersive experience
Ticketed events where audiences want something beyond a standard show
Themed nights, special engagements, and festival programming
Booking Notes
SLAYED! can be produced as a standalone feature or as part of a larger event. Script, performer count, runtime, and mystery structure can be adapted based on venue size, audience capacity, and programming goals.
ROYALE! — Ultimate Drag Showdown
ROYALE! is a high-energy drag competition experience built around performance, runway presentation, and audience engagement.
Structured like a live tournament, ROYALE! combines classic drag show elements with head-to-head battles, culminating in a dramatic finale where one performer takes the crown.
Audience Participation
ROYALE! includes a built-in mini audience competition designed to keep guests actively engaged.
Event Experience
ROYALE! is competitive, theatrical, and fast-paced — designed to feel like a live drag tournament rather than a traditional showcase.
It works especially well for:
Venues seeking a high-impact, repeatable format
Ticketed events with strong audience interaction
Pride programming and competition-themed nights
Booking Notes
ROYALE! can be produced as a standalone event or as part of a recurring series. Performer count, pacing, and runway categories can be adapted based on venue size, audience capacity, and event goals.
PLAYED! — A Drag Game Night Experience
PLAYED! is a high-energy, interactive drag game night built around audience participation, hosted gameplay, and comedy-forward drag performance.
Led by a drag host or game master, the experience centers on multiple rounds of play, with spotlight performances woven between games to keep the pace dynamic and engaging.
Audience Participation
PLAYED! is designed to put the audience at the center of the experience. Guests actively participate in games, challenges, and voting, guided by the host to keep energy high and the room connected.
Games can include formats like trivia, card-based comedy games, interactive challenges, or custom-built rounds tailored to the venue and crowd.
Event Experience
PLAYED! is playful, fast-moving, and social — less theatrical than a full production, but more structured and intentional than an open drag show.
The format works seamlessly with or without catering, making it ideal for bars, breweries, lounges, and casual event spaces where flexibility matters.
Ideal For
Social venues seeking repeatable programming
Interactive, comedy-forward drag nights
Spaces without a formal stage or full production needs
Booking Notes
PLAYED! can be produced as a standalone event or as part of a recurring series. Game selection, pacing, and performance integration are customized based on venue layout, audience size, and event goals.
UNMUTED! — Queer Comedy & Spoken Word Showcases
UNMUTED! is a performance format centered on queer voices, storytelling, and comedy — designed for spaces where listening, connection, and expression take center stage.
Rather than a single fixed show, UNMUTED! functions as a curated showcase framework, allowing events to be built around spoken word, stand-up comedy, or hybrid performance formats.
Event Experience
UNMUTED! prioritizes presence and voice over spectacle. Events are intentionally scaled to support connection, humor, and emotional resonance, creating an atmosphere that feels intimate, intentional, and community-forward.
Formats may include solo sets, curated lineups, or structured showcases, depending on the tone and goals of the event.
Programming & Curation
myPRIDE365 provides hosting, structure, pacing, and production support. Performers may include a mix of in-house drag talent and booked comedians, poets, or guest artists.
For venues without an existing framework, we can design and run the format — from emcee flow and set timing to audience engagement and transitions.
Ideal For
Lounges, bars, cafés, and listening-focused venues
Pride programming and cultural series
Ticketed showcases and community-driven events
Organizations seeking queer storytelling and voice-centered programming
Booking Notes
UNMUTED! can be produced as a one-night showcase, a recurring series, or a special feature within a larger event. Performer mix, format, and tone are customized based on venue, audience, and programming goals.
