Event Ticket Policy

Last updated: January 2026

This Event Ticket Policy applies to all tickets sold for events produced, hosted, or promoted by myPRIDE365 (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Ticket Sales & Finality

All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as expressly stated in this policy.

If an event is rescheduled or postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
If an event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, the ticket purchase price will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Event Changes

Event details—including date, time, venue, performers, and programming—are subject to change.
Changes do not constitute grounds for a refund unless the event is canceled without a rescheduled date.

Age Restrictions & Admission

Age requirements vary by event and venue.

  • All-ages events:

    • You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets

    • Attendees under 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

    • A maximum of four (4) minors per adult may be admitted

  • Alcohol service:

    • You must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol

    • Valid government-issued ID may be required

myPRIDE365 and venue partners reserve the right to verify age and deny entry if requirements are not met.

Conduct & Removal

Admission is subject to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as venue rules.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise objectionable, as determined at our sole discretion.

Removal from an event results in forfeiture of the ticket without refund.

Assumption of Risk

Attendance at live events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, or other harm.

By attending an event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and waive any claims against myPRIDE365, event partners, venues, sponsors, staff, and affiliates arising from such risks, except where prohibited by law.

Health & Safety

Attendees are responsible for complying with any posted health and safety requirements at the venue or event, including those set by local authorities or venue operators.

myPRIDE365 makes no guarantees regarding personal health or safety at events and disclaims liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Photography & Recording

By attending an event, you grant myPRIDE365 the right to use your name, image, voice, and likeness captured during the event for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without compensation.

Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myPRIDE365 assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, injury, or death occurring in connection with any event.

This limitation applies whether arising from negligence or otherwise, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

This Event Ticket Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
